Letters, reports, returns, and related papers received by the Office of the Chief of Engineers concerning the administration of the Academy, conditions and events, the course of study, buildings, the conduct and standing of cadets, and other matters relating to the Academy. They were withdrawn from the correspondence files of the Office of the Chief of Engineers in 1867.
